This policy explains what information PlanToPrice collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, company name, address, phone and license number.
- Customer Content: plan sets, prices, estimates, proposals and client details you enter.
- Usage data: basic logs such as pages visited, device type and errors, used to operate and improve the Service.
- Billing data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
To provide and support the Service, process AI takeoff on your plans, send transactional emails (invites, password resets), prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
AI processing
Your plans are processed only to produce results for your account. Your plans are never used to train models shared with other customers.
Data isolation and security
Each company's data is isolated with row-level access controls. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access by our staff is limited to support requests you initiate.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with sub-processors that host and operate the Service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payments), under contracts that protect your data.
Retention
We retain Customer Content while your account is active and for 30 days after closure so you can export it, after which it is deleted from active systems.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data. California and other US state residents may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.
