Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PlanToPrice (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent ("Customer").

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. The account owner is responsible for all activity under the company account, including teammates they invite.

2. Free trial and subscriptions

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial without a payment method. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Usage limits

Each plan includes a number of users and AI takeoff sheets per billing period. Unused sheets do not roll over. We may throttle or suspend usage that materially exceeds plan limits or degrades the Service for others.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to plans, drawings, prices, estimates and proposals you upload or create ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Customer Content to train models that are shared with other customers.

5. Estimates are your responsibility

PlanToPrice provides tools, default labor units and reference material prices as a starting point. AI takeoff results and default data may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing quantities, prices and labor, and for every bid and proposal you submit.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to access another customer's data or disrupt the Service.
• Do not resell or reverse-engineer the Service or the system cost database.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is". We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bids or indirect damages.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or violation of these Terms. Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days.
